“We Can Rebuild Him. We Have The Technology.” - Rebuilding Injured Arms

Return to Throwing Programs After an Injury

“We can rebuild him. We have the technology.” This famous line, from the TV series The Six Million Dollar Man, could not be more accurate when it comes to baseball rehabilitation at MVP Sports Rehab. Many of you have experienced the technology we use at MVP to design and individualize the safest and most effective throwing programs for baseball players returning from an injury.

We use two pieces of technology to guide our throwing progressions:

1) Radar Gun

2) Driveline Pulse Workload Monitor

This technology gives us objective data and metrics on arm health, which allows us to rebuild a player’s arm back to 100%. Here’s what we know when using this technology:

1) If you are throwing too much, too quickly.

2) If you are not throwing enough to build up your arm strength for returning to games.

3) When your arm fitness has reached an appropriate level to compete in games.

This is the safest way to build an arm back to 100% and be game ready. The same technology is used on professional baseball teams for Major League Baseball players. We believe every player at any level should have access to this. If you’d like more details about this technology, how it works, and how we integrate it, let’s chat! We can help you minimize setbacks, prevent recurring injuries, and get back on the field at 100%.

We appreciate you being a part of the MVP family!
