J-Band Core Strengthening and Pit Viper Sunglasses
What image pops into your mind when you think of someone wearing Pit Viper Sunglasses?
This is only my second summer in Minnesota and I’m ready to fully embrace the lake life this year. When I’m on a boat I have to look like I’ve done it before. You don’t need a mullet to pull off these shades…..right? My fiancé hates them, which is why I also got the matching Pit Viper fanny pack.

J-bands are commonly used for shoulders, but most people don’t realize they can also be very effective for building core muscles. Core muscle (Lower Abdominals/Obliques) strength is HUGE for baseball players to resist and control the rotational forces from throwing and hitting. This is key for baseball performance and health.
